I would like to say a huge well done to all parents, carers and to your children for the resilience, imagination, dedication and hard work which you are all displaying in these uncertain and fast moving times. It is heart warming to see photos of your children's work and creations, much of which is being achieved at home, being reproduced in the weekly newsletter. I am very much looking forward to seeing the results of the next lockdown challenge.
I would also like to take this opportunity to say, on behalf of all the governors, a huge thank you and well done to the incredibly dedicated, hardworking and flexible staff team. Under Mrs Hillman's leadership they are doing a magnificent job with the remote learning. As you can see from the recent parent questionnaire, there is huge support for how they are delivering the learning, together with recognition of the care they are taking to support the wellbeing of all families.
I wish them, and all of you, a restful and fun half term and that the weather will be kind - whether it allows snowman building or some sun on everyone's faces -and we hope that it will not be too long before the children will be back together in their classrooms.
