As you move through Key Stage 2, you will begin to think about your child's next phase in education as they move into secondary school.
Pupils who wish to apply for a grammar school place may apply to sit the Kent Test, which is also known as the "11+". The test is designed to assess whether your child would be ready for grammar school.
The test takes place at the start of each academic year, in September and will be sat at Ide Hill school, overseen by school staff. Pupils must be entered for the test by their parents.
